Small Groups

From the beginning of Christianity, small groups have been an important part of growing as disciples. Here at Southern Hills UMC, our small groups range from casual gatherings to in-depth Bible Studies. Here’s a list of our current small groups. Find one that fits your style and join us! Southern Hills UMC Book Club
This group discusses a variety of popular books (fiction and non-fiction) on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.  The books are chosen by the members and, while we do talk about the issues of faith they bring up, they are usually not “faith-based.”  Come and see this great group for yourself!

Craft Circle
This group of “crafty” women meets together monthly to knit, crochet, and more .  They also produce some of the AMAZING prayer shawls that are given to people in need of a reminder of the warmth of God’s love in their time of need.

“Merry Widows”
This group of women who have lost loved ones meets for meals, trips, or just for a good time.  It is just forming so you would be welcome to join!
